Have a website with many visitors - need advice

Hi all,
I'm new to this forum. I have a website that have about 5000 uniques every month with a total page view to around 100,000 per month.
What pay per click progams do you recommand? is there a list somewhere?
I tried doing a search on Google but got into all kind of strange websites and ones that looks like a scam.
