have a website that is going public soon, want to find mutual backlink partners

    i am building a free website templates site that is pretty extensive. it includes hosting reviews, html tips, and an archive of about 500+ templates. the site isn't going public for atleast a few days now but i was just wondering if anyone with a site that has atleast a decent page ranking would be intrested in striking a backlink deal.

    ofcourse the site would need to be relevant to html, hosting, templates
