lets say i have some unique content on my website and i have place some adsense on it, i know that google will index my pages, so basically will i get free traffic from my "unique content" or i wont get any traffic at all. Because i read somewhere that if i use adsense google will crawl my pages and traffic will gradually start coming to my website.
if only placing adsene would bring you traffic, millions of adsense publishers out there would be rich by now. placing adsense code deosn;t have any bearing on your site ranking or traffic. you need to work on getting your own traffic by promoting your site
But wouldn't your web page be in search results, beacuse google has indexed your webpages. Lets say i have a computer website and i have a lot of good keywords in the content that people are searching for, so if they use any of my keywords from my website to search for something, my webpage should show somewhere in the search results.
