Hi, I've just noticed that my websites are messed up in IE7. The issue seems to be that the size is increased which messes up the graphics and layers making the whole page unattractive at best, and on some sites, downright ugly. If I reduce the page magnification to 80% it seems to help... a little - still not perfect though and how can I get people to do that??? They are perfect in firefox. some examples.... http://www.emailhoaxesurbanlegends.com http://www.kaediem.com http://www.seotoolslist.com (not too bad except jagged edges of graphics on the last two) Suggestions anyone? Lisa
They show up the same in IE7 as they do in Firefox 2.0 on my computer. The first site looks like the content extends past the right edge of the container just a little bit, causing a horizontal scrollbar at the bottom. Other than that they look fine in both browsers (at 1400 x 1050 resolution).
Thanks hemolack, maybe my ie settings are messed up - I looked at everything last night and didn't see anything unusual but I don't use it very often... I'll check it again. Lisa
I reset ie to factory defaults and everything is fine. Thanks! (nice of microsoft to issue the dire warning not to reset unless ie is unusable! lol) Lisa
