Remove the follower and total Pageviews widget. That's all I can recommend right now.. Those widgets are useless to say the least

 

But how will people join my site if I remove the follower widget.........???

 

RSS is much better. Have a look at my blog Digital World. See at the right side I give an option to users to subscribe to my BLOG either by RSS or by Email. This is much better than the follower widget. I removed it the day I started blogging. Do a google search on how to set up RSS feeds for your blog. It isn't that hard.

It's a custom template.....I dnt know how to use "Read More Button" in a custom template.....

Looking over your content, I am not really seeing the "Questions and Answers" part that is suggested by your title and tagline. Are you planning to write question-type posts?

 

Yup.......I posted monthly wise question and answer type post.....like "current affairs questions of January"....."current affairs questions of February"....etc etc.....
