    They are both trademark infringement and microsoft has been getting very aggressive in suing lately. I would just drop the domains before you hear from them.

    I would drop those names & see if there is any way that your registrar would give you a refund

    Some companies are very aggressive when it comes to using their brand names, logos etc.

    Microsoft, Google are few such companies who are very proactive. They may sue you and you may end with paying penalty as well as loosing the domain.

    Try contacting your registrar and ask them to cancel the domains. You get precisely 4-5 days to cancel the domain for a refund.

    I request to my registrar to cancel these domain, now these domains are canceled and i got refund my amount in my paypal.

    Its not that you do not get the refund against the domain cancellation. It depends on the registrar.

    That really doesn't make sense to me. If the domain name is open, anybody should be able to buy it if they want.

    microsoft will definitely sue you...there's no use in owning those domain names...i had some issues regarding copyright infringement ..
