Have a logo but need it to be transparent .png

    I have an image and also some text that I use with the image. I need both of them combined and saved as a .png file so I can place them on any color background. The text needs to be in the font (bankgothic md bt). I can show you how I need it to look since I already have it as a jpg file but needs to look better than how I have it now. When finished it should be 435x57 in size. Should be a quick task for someone that knows what they are doing. I will pay $10 with paypal after job is complete. Thanks.
