Have a large project worth several hundred dollars...

    I need someone who can do design and extensive php and html programming including a user management system. I would prefer to have it built around a content management system and will likely be paying over $500 to have it built. If you are interested please EMAIL ME: and I will send you the project description. I need to see someone who has programming experience in the past and can get this project turned around in a reasonable time frame.
