i need the flash header at http://www.userw.com/dev2/site_flash/ redesigned to the following: needs to be 1000px instead of 766px. take out the page tabs. the border around the main part should be modernized - get rid of the black with dots in it and make it a solid color feel free to add or subtract any of the flash including sound - be creative. must have previous experience and feedback.
