Have a DIV on top of the Flash Animation

    HI

    I am lookign to develop a AJAX search for our website partyrama.co.uk

    I want to have the products displayed in a layer as it shows in Scan.co.uk search

    We cannot use ASPX

    In your flash embed i'm pretty sure you can set it to transparent or something...so then you can put content over it.

    Think it's background="transparent" but don't hold me to that (I don't usually do much with flash)

    Anyone know if there are many limitations to this? IE6+... or if it's good for Flash v.6+?

    its causing a problem in IE5 or less

    If someone is using IE 5, I think it's safe to say they are old school!

    We as web developers should not design for IE 5 or less (IE 6 imo), it should be the onus of the user to update there software, or face mangled pages on their out of date browser. We are only supporting this otherwise. If not just one site but a majority of sites looked messed on < IE 7 & FF 2 it would be great as everyone would have to update.
