    if you want to be Fit and Healthy then try Trampolines.

    I've never tried trampoline. This sounds interesting though. I do workout in the gym and play sports.

    Sounds gud that u play sports and work out in Gym. but by trampoline body muscles will relax and with exercises on Trampoline you will also Get a Cuts in ur body, which u were trying in ur GYM.. so it's has a lot of benefits...

    I live in Florida, USA, and I can go swimming almost 12 months a year.

    So, I believe swimming is the best exercise for me

    Trampolines are definitely a kickass exercise, and a lot of fun in general with another playful person. They are very intensive on the legs and all your support muscles, just make sure to ease into it for those who are over weight, severely out of shape, etc. as heartrates can get pumped very easily with such an intense exercise if you are unfamiliar with your bodies signals for when you get close to your limit.

    There is no doubt everyone have willing to look like bold and energetic So, i would like to be suggest for to keep fit yourself to do Rope Skipping and Walk is best exercise for to be a fit.
