Trampolines are definitely a kickass exercise, and a lot of fun in general with another playful person. They are very intensive on the legs and all your support muscles, just make sure to ease into it for those who are over weight, severely out of shape, etc. as heartrates can get pumped very easily with such an intense exercise if you are unfamiliar with your bodies signals for when you get close to your limit.
