I would look for sites that sell links manually. By getting a ready service for backlinks, you might not be getting the high quality links you need. You can also contact bloggers manually to buy blog posts. I do this myself, with great results. Anything automated is generally better for the seller than for you, so try to do as much as you can manually.

 

I would split it up: blogs, articles, news/press releases, signatures, social bookmarking, youtube etc. Buy some cool videos from Fiverr.com

There are many places you can buy links from. I always used to use a site called tnx.net which would let you choose sites based on different factors like PR, outbound links and other things which are great for getting a well rounded link profile for your website. I would also suggest buying services from different people who are offering different types of services.

For instance buy some bookmarks, article submissions, blog comments, web2.0 profiles and link wheel type services.

There are also some tools out there which will require a little bit of time but will result in loads of links for a lot less cash.
