OK. I have $350 to spend on SEO Services. What kind of service should I be expecting to get, and if spending this amount of money do me good in the long run, such as adsense revenue, traffic, etc. Thanks for all your help!

The best idea would be to pay for your site to be submited to directories with that money. It will not use all of the $350 dollars but it will be a good start.

To hire someone to do actual Seo would cost alot more so work on keywords and getting links. You could ask people to review site and tell you what changes they would make for ideas to increase Seo of site.

I'd take $350 and either offer it as a cash prize or get something good with it (xbox, etc or offer a range) in a contest.

Get people to do a post about your site with your preferred keywords, etc.

See sites like contestblogger.com for ideas!

There are 2 key components of SEO, on-page and off-page. On-page SEO refers to keyword optimization of pages to please the search engine spiders. Off-page SEO refers to building in-pointing links to your site.

I would expect a thorough analysis of the site covering both components.

The on-page analysis would cover things like reviewing the effectiveness of your keyword targeting, recommendations to improve it, and then carrying out those recommendations.

The off-page analysis should list all your current in-pointing links, and identify the content you currently have on the site that could be used to create more, and then do it. The report should also include all the other options you have to gather more in-pointing links, which you can evaluate and possibly implement when your budget and/or time allow.

I am prepared to do all of this and optimize 30 existing pages for you for your stated budget.

I agree rcj662. For a starter site this might be the best option.

You could also pay for a software that submits your site to thousands of directories semi automated and the same for articles or have someone else submit articles about your site for you and pay them while you post in forums and buy links as well

I recommend against EVER using automated tools. If anyone has to ask why then they need to dig through and read the thousands of other posts here at DP explaining why.

Use the money to hire a well know and trusted seo. You may not get to much out of it though, a lot really depends on the quality of your site.

Well, you can also spend that money towards article writing, submission and social bookmarking. I know a site that has only PR2, maybe about 500 backlinks and all he does is submit articles, blogs, social bookmarks and he scores a 2nd page google under VERY COMPETITIVE keywords. His page is only 5 months old.

Some people offer article submissions to about 300 sites for about $50-$100. It maybe a good start.

yes it can help in the long run! go for a manual free directory submission service which is cheap! that could take anything arround $20! so pay atleast 4-5 such service here on dp! and you will be on most free directories!

then buy a few blog post reviews, and also buy a few pr3+ blog roll links to optimize your articles etc of your website. always do deep linking of your articles and sub pages!

these things will help you get your site optimised!
    cheers!
