    My bank account isn't for using internationally. Can I withdraw my money from paypal to my Bank account? Saudi Arabia.
    If I am a temporary citizen of a country like for 2 to 5 yrs i want stay there, can i apply for a paypal account from that country?

    If you are going to stay for 3-5 years in a country and already have a residence address proof of your stay, you can surely open a paypal account from such a country! :)

    Any citizen in a country can create a PayPal account. What needs to be considered is the availability of PayPal in that country. Is PayPal available in Saudi Arabia? If yes, then you won't have a problem.

    than question is, how can i withdraw paypal money from Saudi Arabaia, if i can't withdraw via my bank accound? can i get a paypal card there?
