Hash and drug sites

    Hi. I wanted to know if hash and drug sites are legal (heroin, hash, pills). I am thinking about forums, directories, articles, anything.
    If they are legal, are there anything i should include on website? Like for educational purpose or some of that?
    Its NOT sites where i sell the stuff, but might link to sites where they sell it (legally, hash only).
    Also thinking about starting a site where visitors can watch a plant grow live (hash plant).

    Server is in USA, i live in Denmark

    I am mostly thinking about hash sites, but i would also like the rules of drug sites (pills and stuff). It will not be like "dont take drugs", more like "this is how you smoke it/make it and how its best to grow, all stuff

    I'm thinking if your questioning if its legal it probably isn't. I cannot inform you about the laws of the United States but I am thinking if your just talking about it, it's fine. Selling it is a whole other story.

    As your site will be hosted in the US, US laws will apply. Your host may have something in their Terms of Service for it. But, strictly speaking, you are able to have a site about drugs. I would strongly discourage linking to sites, or allowing links to sites, that sell the drugs, no matter what their location is. You could get caught up in charges for either conspiracy, distribution of a controlled substance, and/or attempted distribution of a controlled substance. I don't know what site is legally selling hash, but, in the US, it is not legal to do so. Selling them on US located servers is against the law, no matter the origin of the person. And charges could/probably will get filed if it is found out. Hash/Marihuana is a Schedule I substance under the Controlled Substance Act.

    This means the US government acknowledges no legitimate medical use for the drug. Therefor, even a dr. can not provide a presctiption for the drug in the US. If you have more questions about US Drug Laws feel free to PM me.

    ----I, up until my business started moving really well, conducted felony drug investigations for the US Government, so I kind of know the US Drug laws.
