I heard little odd and ends about trust rank a while back. Now this seems to make sense with the results that I am seeing. For example if you look at the search results for: "Sell my home" the 2 result is a article purely with good onpage optimisation. Now this is a compertitive search term so this must be doing some thing really good to get into second place. These result would make sense if google was calulating a level of trust for a website so rather than looking at the inbound links to a specific page all it would have to do is use the onpage elements to figure out what the page is relvant to then use the trust rank of the site to determine what order it shows the results in. I know this is a over simplification, but in general what does everyone think? Nixies
