Has Yahoo stopped updating backlinks ?

When i check my backlinks with yahoo, who have normally kept there databases up to date and count all links you have, they haven't moved for 3 weeks.

I have been adding enough backlinks to see an increase yet for the last 21 days there has been no movement in yahoo.

Has anyone else found this ?

I use http://tools.marketleap.com/publinkpop/ to check them

Try checking Yahoo manually with the site:www.domain.com command. Our backlinks have been constantly changing without any long delays.

Make sure you are checking the http:www version and the non www version of your site for links...perhaps your new links are pointing to a different version than you are checking or to a different page..so make sure you check the entire sites total as well.

Using the Site Explorer panel at Yahoo is recommended and better than the other softwares.

I thought I had noticed that earlier.

But if everyone is saying that it is fine, it probably is.

never use just 1 tool to check everything.. (my opinion)

site:www.yoursite.com will let you see your site backlinks at yahoo properly, or you should use yahoo's own utility called site explorer. you can find it here siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com
