has yahoo Sign Up system been down?

    it has been two days already

    when I clicked Sign Up

    the message shows:

    Has yahoo Sign Up system been down? or my computer has a problem?

    It's loading well from here (Yahoo! Canada). Which location are you trying to load it from?

    Probably yahoo has restricted access of website from your IP.Anyway which country do u belong? This fact may also be a reason.
