Has this site been over keyworded?

Yea I made up the keyworded but I had a question. :p I have a site thats relaunching again and this time I have optimized it ,but I think i may have over optimizied.

Lets say the site is a about fabric.

#1 I have my title tags with the correct keywords

#2 I have different sections, so section 1 I have news, purchase, faq, fabric use, glossary of terms and guides. For each of those sections I have renamed the images the same as the html link. So for news i would have - fabric_news.html and fabric_news.gif and the alt tag would read news related to fabric. So all 7 sections would look like the news example

#3 there is a subsection with the types of fabrics. So example again you would have gingham, plaid, red plaid, yellow plaid, polkadot, green polka and plain. All of those sections html, images and alt tags are named like this. gingham_fabric.html , gingham_fabric.gif and alt tag - gingham fabric

#4 The footer contains the same thing as #2 plus added sitemap, resources, contact and about us. All of these are the same thing, with fabric in the html, gif and alt tags

#5 body of the text - there are 850 words. fabric appears 30 times. it flows properly and does not seem forced.

#6 I have some anchor text for 1/4" fabric, 1/2" inch fabric etc etc

#7 Finally there are some mispellings and plural for my keywords. So when naming the html i have 2 uses of fabricin the html.....yellowfabric_yellow_fabric_styles.html just an example :D

am i doomed to get banned, over seo'd, total garbage, or on the right path ?

I think its good to target less competitive keywords and also consider particular search engine keyword density.

I have less competitive and competitive keywords targeted, this was just an exapmple. I just wanted to know if it is overkill doing all of those things ?

jdeeze, I have doubt on your point no 5, IMO your text should be around 300 to 400 words especially if it is your home page and dont repeat more than 8 to 10 time "fabric" words, I presume it might be considered spamming.

Just wanted to say I think (for example) gingham-fabric might be better than gingham_fabric.

Having the keyword in url, folders, & filenames is smart.

This wouldnt be the main page. I think for 800 words I still fall into the 5% rage for keywords
