Has there been another major update?

It's weird that I (we) have totally different symptoms than most the others who are reporting their entire site has gone supplemental where NONE of my pages are supplemental. All intact, just not showing in SERP

It makes me wonder if they're doing two different updates? My site (PR7, 3 years old) got whacked June 21 (not June 27)?

 

Just to let you all know over at webmasterworld forum there are hundreds of webmaster complaining about the same problem. Lets just hope google fixes this fu** up.

 

Sorry for my ignorance but what is "supplement pages"?

 

If you do a site:www.mysite.com command, are most of your pages show:

"Supplemental Result - Cached - Similar pages"?

 

Same with me, yesterday I had my all time record uniques to one of my sites. Today it looks like I will beat yesterdays all time record, 's lookin good...

 

Well let's all hope that the big G monster sees this all as a stuff up, because there sure are a lot of sites that haven't been dropped, but the ones that have been dropped hard, yet are not banned...

 

When I type site:www.domain.com the first couple pages are very deep cgi links from my site. Shouldn't it list my index and main pages first? I wonder if this is part of the google screwup.

 

It depends on your link structure.......post your url and I will take a look.

thats part of G data crash as i woiuld call it
some are hit others survived

just relax a while in a very few weeks all damage is repaired and all pages back to normal in their serps

 

Thanks for the word of confidence but it is hard to relax when you are lose 3/4 of your income and the site you worked hard to build over the last 6 years is now less then half of what is was prior to June 27th. I sure hope you are right and they fix this, hans.

i consider adsense only as tip for my full time work

in heaven there is neither G nor Y and yet all have eternally to work and life and something real to have fun

When I type site:www.domain.com my name pages and index are ether listed so deep I can't find them or not listed at all. The first hundred pages are nothing but supplemental pages from my domain. Is this what all of you guys are finding for yours as well?
