Has there been a PR and SERP update or not?

can anyone confirm if there has been a PR and SERP update this month?

Many people speculating on it, not seen any change myself?

and Ive seen several PR changes.

 

I haven't seen any pr changes but I've definately seen my most profitable site leave position 9 and hit 46. Very depressing. I can't seem to get it back up either.

 

I think it was! Some of my sites have better PR!
