Just curious if anyone offering RSS feeds on your sites have seen a major increase in traffic from the feeds?

    thanks

For me, without a doubt RSS has been a booster. The only question in my mind is what works better, syndicating only article titles, title + extracts or whole posts?

I do the whole post, as my readers gave me feedback that anything less alientaed them. The RSS ads from Kanoodle have been a bust, though. Once my readership is high enough, I'll try Google's RSS ads.

i dont know exactly how many human readers read my feed. But when i check my logs, quite a lot of rss-readers read it.

Its difficult to get an exact count.

^ That's my curiosity too..I would like to know how many subscribers I have..

As for the RSS feeds, yes, I do see an increase in traffic...:) Not major but significant..

Seth Godin holds that in terms of marketing vehicles, RSS is displacing Newsletters and marketers need to get RSS savy or become dinosaurs.

I may run RSS, but I'm still working toward "savy". ;)
