yes it is really important to us because we can't hold a lot of money in PayPal until they resolve the issue where they don't have a specific timeline. I don't know why they screw up Business accounts as well where they have problems with personal accounts only? Did you get it?
Yes, you are right. For business we have IE Code and also have current bank account with bank. We are also filing IT returns. There must not be any issue with Business Accounts.
Xoom and westernunion are only for personal payments. RBI does not permit commercial / business transfers through western union or XOOM so kindly check before you withdraw
It seems RBI had put restriction on Xoom also. So, currently Indian PayPal users can not use Bank account withdrawal and Xoom. So, only Cheque and cc (Credit Card) withdrawal are now available for Indian PayPal users.
