Has my website been attacked ?

    Hi DPs,

    My resetcounter.com has 500-800 visits per day. But today it raise upto 1800 visits and it has been suspend to protect against attacked automatically by Hosting Service. I don't know it is right?

    Any idea about this?

    Obviously you have to figure out where the extra visits have come from.

    Have you been advertising the site a lot recently which may have pushed more visitors?

    If you have Google analytics or something similar then you should be able to figure out where the rise in traffic has come from and then figure out if you have been attacked
