Has my site's SE traffic plateaued?

    Hi,

Long time visitor, first time poster.

I'm wondering if the traffic my site is getting from SE, particularly Google, has leveled off. I seem to be getting 3 - 5 uniques per hour from Google, but never any more or less.

The site is pretty new, only a month or two old, so I can't complain. What's odd, though, is that I add new content every day, yet my traffic overall and from SE's seems to stay the same.

For obvious reasons, I would like to see this grow. Is it just a matter of patience? In other words, should I expect to see my traffic from SERPs be much greater in say, 4 - 6 months, or could there be something wrong with the site now that needs to be addressed?

Patience and work. Just continue to add good content and get links back to your site. Over time more of your pages will rank for their topics and your traffic will rise.

Yes as others have said you definitely need to work at building backlinks to your website. It will be very difficult to improve rankings without doing some kind of regular link building. Before you do link building ensure you do thorough keyword research to ensure you are trying to improve rankings for worthwhile keywords.
