One of my site's I started a few month's ago (freeserving.com) is still not on google when you search for it:

    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=freeserving.com&btnG=Google+Search

Normally when I search for the exact domain "domain.com", domain.com would be the top search result. In my case, it's no where to be found:confused:

I figured it's been sandboxed. Or do you think it was because the previous owner used the domain for spam?

This domain is not sandboxed cause its not even indexed..

Do you submit Google sitemap for this site? If yes, when is the last time Google bots access your site?

If you have seen the bots visiting your sites often but still did not indexed then I would advise you to submit a reinclusion request to Google through your sitemap account (on the top right corner links).

Explain your situation to them and they will index your site :)

It looks like the site is indeed, banned.

Try linking out to related sites more, that might help. Currently, MSN sees only 7 outgoing links from your website.

Did you get any traffic from Google earlier, when you first launched? Was it indexed by Google when you started? If not, then it is due to the site previous actions. Filing a reinclusion request from the Google Webmaster Center (formerly Google Sitemaps) seems to be the right thing to do. Also state in the request that you are not doing anything illegal and are not going to.

yeah.. bugger. When I found the domain free, I snapped it up quick cos I thought it was a great name. That was before I learnt to google the domain before I register it.

Do you have a link to this reinclusion request form that you speak of?

    hi,
I've tested your url with google bar wich indicates a 0 PR. (with white toolbar and not a grey one) i'm not sure it's banned. There's the second possibility : it's not yet indexed.

NOTE: Register your site every 3 - 4 weeks or when you make significant changes to your site.

NOTE: If your website has not been designed for maximum search engine appeal, then the chances of it receiving a high ranking are very small. It is wise to evaluate your Meta Tags and content before submitting to the major search engines.

Some search engine take time to be listed.

I seen some websites take a year to get listed on Google

Submitting the site to the search engines does nothing. Get some links from trusted websites to get indexed for a start. It might be a good idea to get only trusted links to you to get unbanned as well.

A polite letter as a reinclusion request should do the job, as well.
