Has it occurred to anyone?

    That the toolbar PR we see is just a red herring?

    I mean, perhaps PageRank IS still a large part of G's algorithm. It's just that we never get to know what the REAL PRs are.

    Some of you have said that PR is down but SERPS up, others that PR is the same but SERPS down, and some that PR is up but SERPS the same etc

    Just thought I'd throw a conspiracy theory into the Sunday morning mix....;)

    My thoughts on PR have changed I now no longer worry about the whole PR its about income of the site not its PageRank

    If the whole pr thing worries you then you have to much time on your hands.

    PR 0 or PR 10, I don't care (I don't sell links), what is important for me is having SEF websites and (very) good serp rankings on my sites keywords

    My 1 month old site has got PR3 and the ranking for keywords are also superb and impressive within 1 month.. :) SO i m happy
