out of those two targets will show ads first? like you could have target a and b and the top paying ads from a and b will be next to eachother and the highest one will come first?

I'm trying to see if its actually hurts you to use two targets or is it better to use only one target.

I know this is supposed to be true of Google, but I have never confirmed it of Yahoo yet. I am interested to see if anyone else has noticed it yet.

How can someone tell this? Only speculation is possible (unless someone cilcks on ads just to figure it out)

besides, wouldn't it make sense for the ad space that gets the most clicks to get the higher paying ads, not neccesarily the highest one on the page?

not to mention, the highest paying ad per click is not per se the ad that yields the best results: an ad that's worth 10$ a click but never gets clicked isn't worth much.

You can check this in overture by running a bid check and seeing what that particular ad is paying at the moment. With Google it is much harder as you have to really pay attention to the clicks as they happen so it is more a guessing game than anything.
