AdSense are fussy about the quality of traffic.
You might be better trying something that is less fussy. AdBrite will pay you a much better rate CPM than AdSense does, so all your traffic will count.

you have no earnings because you have bad traffic I checked your alexa rank it show all from India, adsense don't like india, also you can get banned for this type of traffic,if you receive lot of clicks from india google ban you for fraud clicks, try to advertise and get more USA/UK traffic you will see good earnings.

Just to inject a small bit of logic: Sometimes low clickthrough actually means that people don't want to click your ads, or are overlooking them.

Experiment with ad placement, ad colors, and content. Until you have done those things, you should not even consider the possibility that Adsense is ignoring your clicks.

And also, sometimes low CTR even means that people find your site useful and are looking at a lot of pages.

Thanks. Now I don't have to type all that. lol.

One thing you could do if you had the traffic, is sell banner space to webmasters. Other directories and stuff that a webmaster would need (not an Adsense ad).
But focus on getting PR up, getting a different script (or design one) and charge for the submissions.

Directory usually are sought by mostly webmasters who wants to submit their site into it, and I don't think there's so many webmasters loves to click on adsense. Your directory can get good clicks once it can get good search engine placement for keywords of any of categories inside your directory.

Another reason might be origin of traffics. SU traffics usually don't convert well. Put more weight on SEO and link building for keywords of the categories of your directory.

it also depends on which or what kind of traffic you are getting..if you want to convert your traffic to cash go for CPM ads networks like paypopup or adbrite as they pay for every 1000 page views..or you might just want to try and improve your ads placement and do some experiment and see which works best for you..

Most directories suffer the same fate - a lot of traffic with a lot of cheap clicks -
because the traffic is not properly targeted.

I have many personal finance, insurance sites getting about $10/site/day.

My portal of A to Z matters (averaging 1500 hits/day) is getting less than $5/day.

I like the look of your site, looks very professional.:)

If you have monster traffic but can't make way with Adsense then I would turn to affiliate marketing banners. The people that use your directory will be bloggers or webmasters and so stick up an affiliate network referral banner that will earn you a 5% lifetime share.

Worth testing out... you could always try both. If you have monster traffic then you could also try CPM ads and atleast pick up some revenue for the day.

Your site is good enough but unfortunately directory not good in adsense earning basically.
I will suggest you change to CPM advertising such as adbrite or clicksor since your traffic is good
