    One of my blogs lost PR in July and it's still in same state. All my other blogs are retaining their PR as of last update in April.
    What could be the reason for Google taking so long this time?

    The only reason could be that google has stopped updating toolbar PR rank.

    The page rank update we can see may be in this month. It has not done yet. Better to check after some days.
