It's likely that the recent Google AdWords click arbitrage algorithm update, to rank the quality of landing pages, is penalising your site for using AdSense.

So in answer to your question the pricing hasn't been increased and the AdSense earnings won't be any higher, but it with a reduced quality score it will be more difficult for you to achieve cheap clicks from AdWords.

    Quality Score

Now it is impossible to say what constitutes high quality and low quality with 100% accuracy as the exact algorithm used is not revealed.

Although if your landing page has low info and only contains an email sign-up page, then it will likely attract a low quality score.

Basically try and put yourself in a 'novice users' position... does everything on your page make it a good experience? (unless its ebay as they must be paying $10 per click on their wildcard entries)
