Has Google Gone Mad? Listing My Website Through Its Host Domain...

    Basically I have a main account www.mymaindomain.com

I then have a list of addon domains on this hosted account. So their in subfolders but have their own domain names. For some wierd reason one of my hosted accounts, instead of google adding it with its own domain its adding it like, www.mydomain.com/hosteddomain.com/index.php etc

Ive tried setting up 301 forwarders and re-pinging but now another url has been added like this. There are no links towards the subdomains on the main domain and ive added a sitemap on webmaster tools. Can somebody please offer advice :(

Maybe I can remove the link from google? Then I'm scared it will remove the link on its matching domain also though...?

This is the best course of action.

At somepoint , the addon domain was presented to Google via link or other method and so Google took it as "www mydomain com/hosteddomain com/index.php"

Removing that will have no effect on hosteddomain.com/index.php in my opinion. As far as google is concerned , its a sub page of www.mydomain.com

    Cheers

ok thanks for your input... ive now included a robot instructing google to ignore the dir, added canonical urls and 301 forwarders... if that doesnt work ill instruct it to remove them also.
