has google changed Algorithm?

Hi friends
Has anyone noticed that there is some major change in google Algorithm ?
drastic changes are happening in website performances.. some are going down and some are up.
Please discus if you have knowledge about this.

Google change algorithm frequently

I think there is nothing shocking in this as Google change it's algorithm very frequently..

 

Indeed. But it happens rather frequently I would say. One of my websites gets X hits per day, and sometimes 1/2X. It's random, comes in cycles. Nothing that should make you worry about.

 

My sites are pretty stable.

 

Caffeine update. But the new stylesheet and look is running on a few datacenters.

 

No drastic changes for me... yet. Having said that, Google changes their algo very often so there will be ranking fluctuations at times.

 

Probably my ranking is affected worse, so i am concerned and seeking help if there is something new to be done to get the ranking back. my links also dropped from 700 to 500.

 

yes, google always change the algorithm so the ranking fluctuate, and don't worry about that unless you use black hat seo to your site.

 

By time to time expect that Google will change their Algorithm. We can not blame them when we lose our ranks. We are the one who needs to learn from this SE.

Yes... i think there is something going on... I saw new look of Google and my site is fluctuating from 66 to 99 position for my keywords...http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=seo+company+india&aq=f&aqi=g10&aql=&oq=

 

they are testing out defferent stuff these , i see a lot of changements in serp these days

 

The change just started around March 02, 2010. It seems the results changed as a "whole" result for some keyword, especially competitive ones. They have also got it fine tuned for some loop hole which is exploited by some seo geeks too. Google seems to rely on "domain trust" instead of link based counting toward. It is harder and harder to get your site established with trust these days. The domain age and link value may have been devalued except you are popular one such as CNN, Microsoft, etc.

 

Yup! But don't you remember that every 10 minutes, your KEyword ranking is possible to change?

 

anyone knows specific blog or article describing the major change? Because all of us feeling the change but what is that we don't know.

Google is implementing the algorithm bought from Infoseek in 1995. It's working wonders on my site. Adsense is in the toilet.

Where is Bing at for God's sake.
