Has Google Blacklisted my site?

Hey. My site http://www.post4prizes.com/ is new, but it was previously owned by another guy several years back. The domain had expired for a while, and I decided to pick it up and start a site.

I have a phpBB3 forum there, and It shows Google Bot as viewing my site daily, but I can't find it anywhere in the google search results.

Is there some way I can tell if my site is being blacklisted by google or something?

    Thanks!

What you mean blacklisted? The site is indexed by Google so i don't see a problem.
    Type in google
and you will see the pages from your site which are indexed by Google

I just looked. They have you indexed for 94 pages. Yahoo says 1 and Bing says 5. What search term(s) are you using? If you let me know, I can run a rank check on all 3.

    You are clearly checking incorrectly.

Follow the advice above and use the site: operator.

Sorry bro, I thought you meant it wasn't indexed at all, and you get a lot of people that dont know the site command.

Looking at the site, I would say you need some more dedicated and keyword rich content on the front page.

Could look at your front page title tag, no keywords and unnecessary mention of "index page". possibly...

You rank for "post for prizes" so I'm not sure you are being penalised...

Have you tried creating a post on a particular topic then building links to that post, until it ranks? Or linking to that thread from the top of the front page, eg "Hot Topics" ... then have your 5 potential breadwinners listed....
