Has EZA service improved?

    I'm curious if anyone is experiencing better service. As in faster turn around times on articles and support tickets.

    My articles are getting accepted within 24hrs now. Instead of 48hrs.
    My tickets are being responded now within 15 minutes. Instead of a week.

    If it wasn't for them consistently making errors putting articles in problem status, I would think they bumped me up to their premium membership for free.

    Last time, I used your advice to reply to previously answered PM, and I solved the issue on the same day with few quick answers.

    In regards of articles getting accepted I haven't seen any difference yet.

    Yeah, I noticed it's faster when you reply. I did it this morning and had a reply back within 15 minutes, which I'm happy with.

    Your very lucky, I haven't noticed any difference, I have been waiting for a week to get my last batch of articles up there.

    I have seen no change personally.
