    I've used them in the past. I found their staff knowledgeable but their platform a little clunky.

    As to rates - they were pretty good but not amazing - a tier 1/2 network - so similar but just a little lower to the rates offered by Tribal Fusion, ValueClick Media, Casale Media, and Burst Media.
