I'm using EasyAd (http://easyad.info) for my site, but don't know it's scam or not.
    Has anyone used it before?

Never heard about them, but on your place I would stick with some popular ad networks such as AdSense, AdBrite, or BidVertiser.

You may consider using AdBrite than, since I believe you can run them on any language sites.

To me it looks like your account is banned, because as you said the ads did not displayed before and they don't display now either.

It is a relatively big network. I'd trust them all the way.
I don't know if they still do, but I think I remember AdBrite used to use their inventory to fill part of their CPM ad blocks.

In fact, I talked to one of their affiliate relationship managers over the phone some months ago. So they are legit :)

    hi Blade,,,

I highly recommend not to use this Ad network as they are big scam.

I had acount with them. I have submitted my website on registration. After reviewing my site they had created my account as Publisher. I was serving ad on my website and earned nearly £600. Then i have requested My payment then just 2 days before my requested payment date, I got mail from Easy.co.uk saying that your account is Blocked and we are forced to deduct your actual earnings.

So be aware with this scam Ad network.

    thanx

I also highly advise against using this network! Having run their adcodes for many months, I encourage anyone to stay away from EasyAd. Their reporting is cumbersome, so is their payment procedure (you need to invoice them). Even then, it's no guarantee you'll get paid. I've only received one payment from them, and I've given up on ever getting the very significant amount that I'm owed.
They ignore emails and phone calls requests and basically give you the run around; this after you've basically given them thousands and thousands of impressions. Stay away!! A huge scam!!!
