    They has 3 tier of Paying:
    - tier1: $1 CPM for traffic from France & Belgium
    - tier2: $0.5CPM for traffic from USA & Canada
    - tier3: $0.2CPM for international traffic

    Never even heard about them.

    Also, paying model looks weird - if they pay on the CPM basis, then banner placement and size will shift the price a lot.

    And here we have fixed pricing. Very strange.
