    We've only started using Mad Ads and our impressions don't seem to have been updated correctly since Thursday. Have emailed support twice about this, but no response.

    Is this normal? I was under the impression that the stats would be updated after 48 hours and the site states they have 24/7 support?

    I have to say we had a good first impression, especially after reading this thread. So, has support etc gone downhill? some people said that they were really quick to respond in the past?
    Are you all having problems with the stats too?

    Would just like to receive an answer from them to know if everything is okay, the stats are worrying and we've switched to someone else now to avoid losing any money (if that's the case!)

    I don't get why people are so obssessed about their stat's updating immediately. As they are net 40 pay-out, surely it doesn't really matter what today's exact earnings are until you get your August payment in October - Now if things STILL aren't in order by the time it comes to pay-day in October, then you have something to complain about.

    Sure, I do like to log in once a day to see how my earnings are doing (not so much for that day, but for the month overall) but I really don't get hung up over it. I have confidence that when it come to paying out, the money will be in order and thats really my only concern,

    Payment is ALWAYS on time and correct in my experiance.

    As for "support" I spoke to Pat Darms last week, but to be honest it's August and many ad networks pretty much shut down through most of August when they all go on holiday - Thats why CPM and campaigns usually drop quite dramatically during August.

    Also, you generally won't be able to speak to most ad networks at the weekend as they are humans and like to spend weekends with their families, etc... As much as we all do. ;)

    Really guys, just relax a little bit?

    Most people are honest and not out to rob you of your money. In all my dealings with MadAdsMedia they seem like lovely people who are out to do their best by me and my website.

    Hi Gavin,

    It's good to hear your dealings with Mad Ads have been positive. We're quite aware of the 48 hour updates - and this is not a problem.
    However, when it comes to testing a new advertising network, with the aim to optimise it in such as way that it is integrated well within the existing ad networks of the site - something that requires a lot of testing - it is more or less impossible to leave it for a month and hope for the best.

    As I stated, we only started using Mad Ads last week, Thursday to be precise, and have no experience with Mad Ads, be it payments, quality of support or CPM. The CPM and number of paid impressions have been extremely low for us and this required further investigation (which is now happening).

    With regard to the support, no one is saying that everyone has to be available at weekends, but if the website states 24/7 as it does here: http://madadsmedia.com/contact-us/, one can assume that this includes weekends - something that is not entirely unusual from my experience and depends on the company.

    Anyway, I'm glad your experience with Mad Ads has been good and I hope it will be similar for us. Hopefully, it's just been a bit of a rusty start :)

    yeah, the support is way down from before, as my earning was missing from 8/2, I just want to know why, thats not too much to ask.. The support response was ^we will updated later today^, and that was on 8/8, so if you cant do that , then dont promise it. and that was it, no more response after I send couple more email later.

    As you can see we have been testing this for 10 days now, all pages have 2 ad areas and we have been using maximum fill.

    We just sent the minimum CPM to 1.50 and will update this thread as things progress.

    This is not to advertise or dismiss, just a straight forward example for those that wanted more information.
