Pat's explanation sounds perfectly reasonable. I've known from the day I signed up with Mad Ads Media that porn websites are out. I mean, its obvious. Mad Ads's is running ads from Google, Doubleclick, AOL, Microsoft, etc... These companies and their advertisers don't want their products being associated with porn, end of story.

Google AdSense would take exactly the same approach MadAdsMedia has taken and so would all the other companies mentioned.

I was due to get paid $3500 in February (Dec Earnings) but I too got banned. They claim I was having my ads serve on adult websites. They accepted my Browser Extension and at the time there was NO Terms of Service, so what did I break? Not only did I reply to them with the reason they saw adult sites as refs, they just ignored me. They will ban you without any reasoning and just pocket your money. They told me they'd refund the advertisers, bull-fucking shit. MadAds is a one man operation, Pat. They pay you NET45 which is shit anyway, and then steal your cash WITHOUT any chance to actually sort things out.

If Pat actually was mature enough to reply to emails, get on a skype call and TALK, I wouldn't be posting this.

I will keep you all updated, but so far.. STAY AWAY FROM MADADSMEDIA.

If you was in AdSense or Doubleclick or Advertising.com (AOL) or media.net (Yahoo) the same thing would happen to you and your earnings.

This is the industry standard that family friendly ad networks do NOT under any circumstances display their ads on porn websites.

There are many good ad networks for porn/adult websites. A network like MadAdsMedia is not right for you if thats the content your running on your website.

And I have to say, I for one am pleased that MadAdsMedia is taking steps to keep their network clean and family friendly. It means those of us that run clean, family friendly websites can expect to have ads displayed by the best advertisers in the world, which translates into better earnings and higher quality ads on our websites.

when you know That you can not put adsense, yahoo, aol, etc ads on a porn site then why you got yourself into trouble by putting madadsmedia ads on an adult site, ? its much more than a childish act.

@slayer you should join juicyads , livejasmine, etc

There is something I don't understand: user @oiMr is the same person with user @SlayeR? :) Or there are 2 persons with the same problems: putting the ads on a browser extension, on adult sites, earning .000 amounts and got banned? Very strange, 2 different persons to have the absolutely same problems :)

A browser extention, frequently called a plug-in as well, presupposes the insertion of additional features to your web-browser. The simplest examples are the "Pin" button or weather plug-ins, which allow you to pin the images to your Pinterest account and see the current weather situation at your location, accordingly without visiting the sites. Hope I helped

Ad blocker on Chrome or Firefox is probably the most famous example of a browser extension.

It's not just MadAdsMedia, it's most advertising. That's just kind of what happens after Christmas and into the new year as everyone's advertising campaigns end.

To all who are inquiring about our current rates and fill: what you are seeing is a combination of two things.
The first is what Gavin was kind enough to point out (Quarter 1). The second is the unforeseen consequences of this plugin situation. Now, this is only effecting a small portion of our publishers (nevertheless we understand the seriousness of it) but to be on the safe side, we have asked all our publishers for the url's where they're serving our ads. The good news is that this is only temporary. The entire MadAds team is working around the clock to get things back to the way they were, and we will. Even better news is that this is going to make us stronger than we were before. To all of our publishers, we appreciate your patience and support.

Thanks for posting the payment proof, @andyad! Now everybody can see that MadAdsMedia is paying their publishers even the amounts are .000 :) - so it's clear that they are not disabling accounts only to not pay those publishers with .000 earnings, right? :)

yes @Oliboli, they are disabling accounts of those who cheated by putting ads on Adult sites or plugins,
if someone is not cheating then he/she needs to be relaxed and not to worry about anything.

Totally agree with you, @langau :) - exactly that's what am I saying too! Nobody got his account disabled without a serious reason, only cheaters have to worry about it; only they are posting replies like this: "I didn't received my payment because it is a .000 amount and they don't want to pay me" - thanks to @andyad, now they can't post these stupid accusations anymore :)
