I do not have any change of address paypal. I have received payments for September without problems.
They do not have the payment automatically. They pay by hand and this is their mistake.
They sent the wrong payment to another paypal address.
They are a major ad network with many members. They should have a more professional style of work.

 

What is the minimum payout?

 

Their minimum payment is: $ 25

 

If they are sent out to a wrong guy and if that guy are greedy and he/she spent the money, then a very big problem to you. Paypal can reverse the payment with the help of madadsmedia but if the guy has no funds left in his paypal account then wait until he has a fund to cover the amount.... it takes months or years

But if madadsmedia were kind enough and they will make another payment then it is good, they are the one who are in fault according to you.

Not good Holidays for you if you dont get your money before new year. $1k plus is lot of money to spent this Holidays.

You can get an Iphone 5 or Note II or 42 LED 3D TV with that amount

So they should have the responsibility to complete the payment to me.
I had to wait a long time and I hope that they will pay me soon.
