    There needs to be stronger moderation on this forum, IMO.


    Its not fair that great buisnesses and networks like MadAds and other legitimate ad networks can have their perfectly good name linked to the word "scam" for absolutely no reason what so ever!

    What some people don't realise when they are screaming and shouting about being scammed is that as soon as Google crawl this site (which I assume Google does several times a day for large website like digital point) these messages will live on in Googles search engine forever.

    Thanks to andyad MadAdsMedia will now forever be assoicated with the word "scam" in Googles search engine. And what was the evidence for this claim? Because his payment was sent a couple of days late.

    I tried to contact him several times by email, but so far I have not received any feedback. He said I would get paid today, but so far have not.


    I want to know if anyone has not received payment for the month of October.

    I finally received a response from them.


    They said they sent the payment for me but I still have not received it.


    They sent me a picture attached and they call it "evidence".


    They have cut off Unique Transaction ID. They thought I was a child?


    I have contacted support Paypal and they asked me a transaction ID.

    Strange. Is you double check your paypal id mentioned in screenshot?
    yeah transcation ID will helps you if your paypal email ID is correct.
    Ask for the transcation ID again.

    Today is 12/19. They delayed my payment for 4 days.
    They just sent me a picture with no transaction ID and said it was "proof". LOL
    Not receive any support from guy pat.madadsmedia.

    I do not understand why they do this to you.
    A picture does not have transaction ID? LOL. This is the evidence?
    I think people should be careful with them.
    Hopefully they are not scammers.

    But when you look at your case I see they lie about payment.
    I think people should be careful with their network.

    I'm unsure as to why you're making these accusations, as our billing coordinator, Christy, has responded to every one of your emails. Regarding the screenshot "not" containing the transaction ID, this was also clearly displayed at the top of the screenshot.     I have used PayPal for many years and I have never encountered this situation.

    We were confused by this, as the screenshot clearly displayed the transaction ID, but Christy immediately responded with the following:
    "Hello,

    The Unique Transaction ID for this payment is: #0P225755UV267354J

    I apologize that we are having this confusion. We sent you that image so that you could obtain the transaction ID along with all of the other information regarding this payment. We did not try to mislead you by any means. This transaction ID number is listed on the very first line in the image, which I have attached again below for your convenience.

    ...We received no response back.

    I, personally, had made mention that your PayPal address was different than your previous payment, hoping maybe you had forgotten that you've changed it. Your previous PayPal address was: , your October payment PayPal address was: (each with similar recipient names). I received no response.

    We're baffled as to why you'll ignore our emails, but have no issue coming into these forums and accusing us of not paying you. Not a single one of our 1,100 additional publishers has backed up your claim of not being paid.

    So either:
    A) This is a isolated incident with your payment & PayPal, which we are more than happy to help you resolve.
    B) You were paid and are checking the wrong PayPal account.
    C) You had the wrong PayPal address saved to your account. In which case, please let us know so we can begin the process of canceling the previous transaction.

    Nonetheless, we value our relationship with you, and of course want to get this resolved. I just ask that you stop making these wild accusations of being "scammers", as we're clearly making every attempt to help you with this issue.

    Hmm.. thats the point we say to andyad that double check your paypal address first.
    because if you change address you have to make it primary sometimes many peoples neglect this which occurs prob. during payment.

    well now andyad you have ID too open support ticket in paypal to get quick answer through call.
