Guys, if you didn't got answer for your support tickets, maybe it is because now it is weekend and they are not working. Just be patient and wait until Monday, I am sure you will got your answers and your money; also Pat will be here to answer your problems, I am pretty sure about this!

Btw: nether I didn't got my payment, issued for today, but I am patient and waiting - I am sure that everything will be ok!

 

I've received my first payment. Net45, as they promise!

Clean ads, (relatively) good rates. Only con is reporting issues, but not problem at all as long as they fix.

I think, we (webmasters) should support this kind of companies to make them stronger, so we don't rely on monopolist companies like Google Adsense/Adwords.

They said payment on the 15th. But so far I have not received my money.


No support. They did not answer any of my emails.

 

@andyad, don't be so impatient! It was weekend for everybody, most of their support team didn't worked, right? Some of us was already paid because some people on their support team worked even in the weekend - so in my opinion that is the reason for what some people was already paid and some of them not yet. But I am pretty sure that you will be paid soon, you and everybody else who still waiting for payment! Just stay calm; even with a little late, but you will be paid soon, you will see!

Their system is not down, as you can see lost of people got paid in last 2 days and it was weekend!

 

@andyad Any time the 15th of the month occurs on a weekend, there is going to be a delay. You should be receiving your payment today or tomorrow. I am sorry for not responding sooner, as I do not work weekends. However the payment team was working. Now, due to the 15th falling on a Saturday, some payments will be delayed longer than others.

This is how the payments work:

1. Checks take anywhere from 2-5 business days, depending on what part of the world you live in. For those of you outside the US, it will take longer.
2. PayPal: for the most part, it's instant, but some publishers will experience a delay. This delay can be 24 hours before the payment shows up in your account.
3. ACH: typically there is a 1 business day delay.

For those of you who speak positively for MadAds Media, I truly appreciate your kind words.
