Has Anyone Tried Epom.com

Oh my, I'm a bit shocked why some people get so irritated this easily, still hope everything ends up well with that widely-talked banner.

Anyone else having a problem with their earnings showing as zero for the last couple of days..initially it was just one day but after checking now yesterdays has not been updated either...I reported the issue to their support manager who said it will fixed by the end of the day but the problem exists..

For two days revenue is showing zero to me from epom yesterday they said it was a bug which will be fixed by the end of the day and today when i logged into skype i got this message from epom "Unfortunatelly, our advertisers have a huge problem. Stats are changing every day... We've decided to switch them off for a while. We're waiting for the answer with explanation from them.
We're terribly sorry for such hurdles" contradicting their statement entirely...Using them for one week..I was happy until i was earning atleast something out of them but now it really feels asif at the end of the day you will be left with disappointment and promises which god only knows if they will keep or not!

 

Maybe there are too many scam networks, so any network has issues will be flagged very soon.
I registered EPOM months ago, and their sales are polite via phone.
It's a fancy website, but it's broken in many browsers, and I can only login epom with Opera only.
It seems my site is finally approved today, so I'll wait and see the outcome.

Guys,Is anyone else facing a problem with ecpm and revenue zero for last two days?

 

Yes, it is the same for me too ! Yesterday I got the answer on the Skype that they "will fix it asap" - today my eCPM and earnings are still 0 for the last 2 days; they are answering on the Skype once at 6 hours, yesterday I tried to contact them all day 12 hours and they answered me 2 times, I got the exactly same 2 answers like you. Nether the email support is not answering; I sent them an email 2 days ago with some more problems - no answer and nothing solved!

 

I hope they resolve it asap...After a long time im seeing good cpm potential network

 

I hope so too, feel very lucky to realize that I've avoided similar problems. No complaints from my side

 

So your stats are showing for the last 2 days? It means you have eCPM and earnings too? I thought everybody is meeting the same problem - but it seems that this problem is persist only for some publishers, not for everybody! Very strange

 

One of our advertisers was scamming, so that's why some of you, dear clients, faced some issues. We've talked personally to everyone who worked with that advertiser. Now we're changing campaigns for those who've faced hurdles. Many apologizes. OliBoli, Weronika will be available to have a chat with you within an hour.

They have added the new campaigns for the ads, I was referring only to this; unfortunately the last 2 days revenue wasn't updated, and I don't think it will be

Hi,no its not zero but ecpm shows too low as 0.04 only

 

So this time it's only for me; I lost my 3 days earnings but nobody care, it seems! And the Skype support is online, but not answering - just like usually
