I know it's not a network but I found a tool called 'Komoona' to be a great add on..
It's free and let's your advertisers upload or create banners straight from your site!

its trust worthy. but only trust is not enough. i don't know about their paying limit, commission rate etc. so before joining you should know these details too.

They allow you to set the price yourself, They will pay you 75% of revenue you earn and keep 25% for their handling and support charges.

As per the FAQ available they need at 10K impression per month to get accepted. I tried using them to place some space while I am already using adsense but they rejected my site it seems they are pretty strict when it comes to selection of sites

To set up a website you have to add your website URL and name. As well as this you also have to enter a description. Each site goes into a big pool where other people can find your site in the directory. As a result you may want to spend a small amount of time writing a good description. Include some statistics, what your site is about make it interesting for the advertiser. An advertiser will want a website where they are going to get good returns you want to try and fulfill that role so they keep coming back month after month. The final section of the website setup is to add some tags these are used when someone searches your site. Once as you have entered all of your details you are done and ready to add some ad zones.

As with any new kid on the block, you have to wait for some reviews to start singing their praises

I have been working with BSA from last 3 years for banner ads and I would say this is the best website for both publishers and advertisers.
