    Has anyone transferred over a blogger blog to anyone? Please let me know how to do it.

    Can't be done with a single blog unless you transfer the entire Google Account (including other blogs, email etc.)

    What you can do is give someone else admin rights, but the originating Google Account retains admin rights too.

    Oh jeez!. I did not know this. Let me look into the admin rights. When you say admin rights, you mean add an author?
