    1. Design + Logo
    2. User-friendliness
    3. SEO

    It's looking nice. I like the whole header part (banner, colors, layout).
    You could think of adding more vibrant color to make the site looking less dull.
    Just try the squint eye test - does it show what's important on your site?
    Stronger color (not too much of it!) could help in showing the importance hierarchy.
