This is one of the reasons why people start a business rather than become an employee "Thanks Rich Dad"

    Well, you SHOULD DO IT.
Treat your online business as a REAL business.
I mean, if you want to get loan, its best to have it as a real business and keep track of all your finances and accounting as well for your business. Without all these statements, how are you going to get loans? Unless you already have your day job and work your online business as a side income, then its all really up to you.

    Good luck.

If you're looking for tax breaks, you should definitely consider incorporating your business. This resource explains the differences between an S Corp, a C Corp and an LLC, and which will best benefit your particular business: http://www.bizfilings.com/products/incorporate.asp

Well it's smart to have a corporation behind your business.
It can help you to avoid in getting sued personally and it does reduce your tax.
Specially if you operate an online business where no physical location is needed.
You might wish to read more on http://www.offshoreprivacy.org or you can of course hit us up for a consult!

Just do your homework first. I keep hearing how you will need to hire an accountant if you take this route - I never understood why using TurboTax wasn't good enough -- if anyone could explain this further, please do!
