I just signed up for an account with link-vault and am wondering if it is worth my time. Has anyone here had good/bad experiance with the system or have a review of link-vault? Thanks

It looks like they have alot of baclinks and NO PR!! Even in their forum that has MEGA posts!

It has been my experience that link exchange auto systems are PR SUICIDE!!!

Building good PR does not come easy, at least not as easy as the link systems say that it is

Just my opinion!! Ask some others!

I got over 25,000 links through them to various sites.

I added them all up one day for PR but it was something like...

    42 PR5 links
    800 PR4 links
    3,000 PR3 links
    2,200 PR2 links
    3,000 PR1 links
    rest PR0

So it isnt bad if you are just after PR. But I wouldnt use it for trying to rank in the SERPs.

I used link vault on a number of sites a while back. I had a couple PR6 sites that I put into the system which gave me a TON of vaultage.

However, to be honest, the system is a bit buggy and slow. I've dropped by a few times lately to see how its going and I'm afraid its glory days are gone. Its too bad because the concept was sophisticated enough to work pretty well...

If someone really went all-out and built a very contextual market system to exchange linkage as currency it would do wonders.

I still have sites that use it, but I don't think there's a lot of value in it now. I think Google is getty really savvy to clusters of links on web pages that go out to different sites.

I also found that a lot of my backlinks were coming off pages that were robots.txt disallowed, or were not indexed in Google, giving me no back link weight at all.

And that is usually the problem with fully automated linking systems, you don't really know what's happening or what kind of links you're really getting.

Yes I have lots of experience on LV. I use it to great success along with Receive Links. I prefer Receive links. Better service and features.

To any who haven't had success I am astounded. You certainly don't want it as your only method of building links but it is a great asset to have and would recommend it to new and experienced link builders.

I use LV also with some good success rate, receive links looks very similar, can you run both networks on the same site?
