I placed a tex link on a website that gets traffic from those particular areas for Satellite tv on pc and so far i have gotten a lot of clicks, but i have not checked my sales just yet.

Has anyone marketed a product or products in those areas and gotten sales.

I'm from the Philippines and this well I know: Filipinos don't really trust purchasing online-- they would rather go to the store. Also, the use of CC to shop online isn't a popular practice here.

Exactly, I'd say you'd need an offer that is free for them to go for it. A lot of surfers are at net cafes. They love videos and social networking sites. I'm in the Philippines, by the way.

I know Brazilians are very able and willing to purchase items online, as long as they feel safe in doing so. Make sure the site reflects and focuses on safety and you may get yourself quite a few good sales.

Also, what languages are they in? Portuguese and Arabic, the language of the Philipenes? If not, you may want to look into getting a translator.

Sales from Brazil is normal. Egypt will depend on payment processors as they don't have Paypal...

I'm from the Philippines, born and raised here.. and to correct ichigo, we do have a paypal here in the Philippines... I even own one. The only downfall is we cant receive funds yet or fund our account, we could only make payments using a credit card. And yeah, its like 70%-80% of filipinos prefers shopping manually on stores... but im part of the 20%-30% who shops online.. :)
